Quick summary (read this first)

To make sure your return/exchange process goes as smoothly as possible, please do the following:

1. Submit your request through the Return/Exchange Portal
2. Pack the item correctly (photos below)
3. Place the provided shipping label on top of the exterior package
4. Ship within the return window
5. Ensure the item meets acceptance criteria

1) Return & Exchange Eligibility

Eligible items

• Items that have only been tried on for sizing
• Return window: 30 days from delivery date
• Exchanges: 30 days from delivery date

Not eligible (common reasons we reject)

• THE FOLLOWING ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS DUE TO BEING MERCHANDISE:
  • The Chainstitch Wordmark Cap
• Items that have had hair cut in them (self explanatory & not sanitary)!
